  • Unassuming restaurant from ground level. It sits on the second floor and has a wrap around seating overlooking the exterior. Food tastes like Indonesian home made cooking, everything was delicious. We ate at sunset and had a nice breeze to enjoy with dinner.

  • We met momma!!! We loved the local vibe of this place. Decorated like an open air archeological site with plants, art and totally Balinese. Service was quick but the food was the star of the show. We order the tuna pappa, chicken meatballs, satay and nasi goreng. Flavor was deep and not over powering. The meatballs were an awesome bite size, moist and tender. Fried bananas were a great finish with the coconut ice cream. Momma came out to check on us and we thanked her for the home cooking. We loved the location away from the busy chaos. It was like a hidden gem on the second floor of a dead end dark street and the decor reflected that hidden treasure status. It’s worth a visit for local vibes.

  • I was like tuna? In banana leaves? Eeeh, not sure… Wrong! Sooo happy I ordered Pepe Tuna. Amazing! Light n fluffy, goes super well with the sauce and veggies. Must try!

  • An amazing place. Hidden gem indeed. Not that well hidden and totally worth a little extra walk or a grab to find it to get great, freshly made food. A beautiful restaurant with a relaxed atmosphere and the lovely quirky decorative items make for a great restaurant. The show stopper though is really the food. Can be made as spicy or not so spicy as you like as all of the dishes are made to order. A sleek menu, but we've been twice and will be going back as many times as our remaining time allows as now we have to try everything!!! Away from the flashy overpriced restaurants nearby, it really is perfect if you just want good food, friendly service, relaxed environment and a incredibly reasonable bill.

  • This was a very authentic Balinese restaurant that was such a relief to find after countless western menus along the beachfront. We'd specifically asked for genuine spice levels and the restaurant happily indulged. Drinks were cold, food was exceptionally tasty and fresh, cool indoor seating with heaps of fans. Very friendly and welcoming service, the staff ensure you are well looked after. We'll definitely be revisiting before we leave Bali.

  • We dined at this fantastic restaurant and wanted to share our experience. The meatballs Rica were absolutely delicious, bursting with flavor in every bite. I also savored the garlic butter prawns , which were cooked to perfection, and the pepes tuna was incredibly fresh. Their pineapple juice was refreshingly sweet and a perfect complement to the meal. The service was notably good, with attentive and friendly staff. Overall, it was a delightful experience!
